Shipping policy
The cost of transport is fixed for the entire Italyl and international territory:
1 ) ITALY - free ;
2) EU - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - €16,00 ;
3) Norvegia - €25.00 ;
General description of the service
SHOPIFY ITALIAN STILETTO
The purchased products are shipped and delivered within a few working days.
Different payment methods may change the shipping time. The indicated date may be subject to change for organizational and logistical reasons.
Once the order has been confirmed and the chosen payment and delivery method has been selected, “SHOPIFY - ITALIAN STILETTO “processes the order received and delivers the purchased goods to the courier for shipment to the indicated address.
At any time the Customer will be able to check the status of the order from their account, from the Order Status.
Upon receiving the package, good practice requires that the Customer: - check the number of packages delivered and that they correspond to what is indicated in the transport document; check that the packaging is intact and not altered in the closing tapes; unpack the product and check that no damage has occurred.
“SHOPIFY - ITALIAN STILETTO “confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary email to the email address indicated by the Customer in the Order itself.
”SHOPIFY ITALIAN STILETTO “prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the Courier.
The times for entrusting the products to the Courier are published below and vary depending on the chosen payment method, i.e. when the Seller will have evidence of payment.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, as they are non-holidays and working days.
“SHOPIFY - ITALIAN STILETTO “uses the following couriers:
° Poste Italiane (Italy) ;
° UPS (international shipments ) .
All shipments are traceable on the couriers' websites.
The courier's delivery times to the customer's home are detailed in the Delivery Times and Types sections and are to be considered indicative as they may be subject to variations due to force majeure, meteorological events, anomalous traffic and road conditions, strikes or by act of the Authority.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer except where delivery is free) .
Upon delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: - the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's accompanying document; - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.
Once the transport document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to make any objections regarding the quantity and quality of what was received.
Delivery times to the Courier The delivery times to the Courier vary as mentioned above depending on the payment method chosen and the availability of the product:
° Payment by credit card : orders acquired by 1pm on working days are entrusted to the courier within 2 working days.
Product receipt times can vary from 1-3 working days (Italy shipments) to 3-20 working days (international shipments).
° Payment by - Bank Transfer: from the disposition of the bank transfer or the payment of the postal slip, it will be necessary to wait two working days before the amount is credited to the Seller's current account and verified by the administration without delay.
All orders for which the amounts are credited are entrusted to the courier within the following 2-6 working days.
